Worried that the level of destruction in a Battlefield 3 indoors multiplayer map won’t show off the power of the Frostbite 2 engine? EA has released a time lapsed session of one such map from the upcoming Close Quarters DLC that adequately displays that interior walls are just as susceptible to intense fighting as the building exteriors on large scale maps.
The 30 second clip shows walls being shredded down to the supports, door frames blasting open and even a water pipe rupturing. So rest assured you can still punch holes in pretty much everything.
Battlefield 3’s Close Quarters DLC pack will be released in June and focusses on infantry combat in enclosed spaces. It will include four new maps and a selection of new weapons to break in.
