If Grand Theft Auto IV was the idea, Red Dead Redemption is the execution. Rockstar’s latest builds on their story-telling pedigree while offering one of the most fun and beautiful sandbox worlds in a game yet. It also happens to be a western, which, if you haven’t noticed, are somewhat rare.
Lead and Gold: review
The Wild West is often perceived as a fairly barren place when the bandits have rolled into town, full of fastest finger shootouts and indiscriminate, guilt free murder. This feeling has been rather accurately transferred over into Fatshark’s western inspired online shooter, Lead & Gold.

In true Rockstar fashion, the media blast for Red Dead Redemption continues with yet another trailer. The upcoming western is shaping up to be something special and this trailer, if anything, gives the impression that Rockstar is trying to craft the definitive western.
